Several semi-urban and rural areas in Maharashtra, including MMR, remain deprived of specialist secondary healthcare and a large part of the population even today remains dependent on Greater Mumbai.
Can we plug-in Division-wise mobile infrastructure support to these areas on a rotational basis and extend healthcare, educational and sanitation facilities to these areas?
